Privacy Policy

What this website collects, why, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed.

Last updated: 18 September 2026

Who is responsible

This website, itsprity.com, is operated by Prity Banerjee, based in Delhi NCR, India. She is responsible for the personal data described below and is the person to contact about it, at info@itsprity.com.

What this website does not do

It is worth stating plainly, because it is unusual:

  • This site sets no cookies. None at all.
  • There is no analytics, tracking or advertising. No Google Analytics, no tag manager, no advertising or social media pixels.
  • Nothing is shared with third-party services for marketing.
  • Fonts are served from this website’s own server, not from an external font service, so browsing these pages does not disclose your IP address to a third party.

There is therefore no cookie consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

What is collected

When you use the contact form

The form asks for your first name, last name, email address, the nature of your enquiry and your message. Your organisation name is optional. All of it is sent to Prity by email so she can reply.

Alongside a form submission

Your IP address and the date and time of submission are recorded with the enquiry. This is used only to prevent automated abuse of the form and to investigate a message that fails to arrive. It is not used to identify or profile you.

Server logs

Like any website, the hosting provider keeps standard server logs of requests. These are managed by the host under its own policies.

Why it is collected, and on what basis

Personal data is used for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and to carry on any correspondence that follows from it. It is not used for marketing, not added to a mailing list, and not sold or shared with anyone for their own purposes.

Where the UK or EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, the lawful basis is legitimate interest — responding to someone who has deliberately chosen to make contact — and, where the exchange leads towards an engagement, the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Where India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies, submitting the form constitutes your consent to be contacted in reply.

Who can access it

Only Prity Banerjee. Enquiries go to a single mailbox that only she uses. There is no CRM, no shared inbox and no assistant with access.

Two service providers necessarily handle the data in the course of delivering the service, and neither uses it for its own purposes:

  • Hostinger — hosts this website and the info@itsprity.com mailbox, and so stores enquiries in transit and at rest.
  • Your own email provider, if you subsequently correspond with Prity by email.

How long it is kept

RecordKept for
Enquiry sent through the form24 months from the date of submission, then automatically deleted
Records of blocked spam attempts (IP address and reason only)90 days
Email correspondenceRetained in the mailbox while the enquiry or professional relationship is live

Deletion of stored enquiries is automatic, not a manual process someone has to remember.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to:

  • See what personal data about you is held
  • Have it corrected if it is wrong
  • Have it deleted
  • Object to it being held, or ask that its use be restricted
  • Receive a copy in a portable format

Write to info@itsprity.com and it will be actioned. There is no charge, and no need to explain why. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with the response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry records are stored outside the publicly reachable part of the website and cannot be retrieved through a browser. Email is sent over an authenticated, encrypted connection.

No system is perfect, and no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Please do not use the contact form to send confidential details of a specific complaint or incident. If your enquiry concerns a live matter, say so briefly and a more appropriate channel can be arranged.

Children

This website is intended for organisations and adult professional enquiries. It is not directed at children, and personal data is not knowingly collected from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published here with a new date at the top.
